Auto-Balance feature

Since the Beta is Beta we can safely implement WITHOUT SCREWING PEOPLE OVER
before the main lobby 120 second countdown timer we can have the ability/option to choose what type of teams we want within a 15 second voting period
Ability to set up teams in 2 styles
~lobby mode, as in how lobby was made
~(BETA) balance mode
Balance mode will try and balance the players evenly
it may work, it may not work as team-alliances might be an issue as you have stated before, but hopefully we can grind through those bugs
