The rebels agree! Invite us to a game anytime, my clan was created only to keep people interested in the game. I invite people who are turned away by the more competitive clans. Any RP we do is in the spirit of fun, and always good in nature. If anyone from my clan is rude/mean/troll let me know and I'll investigate and if necessary give them the boot. We 'rebel' against elitism!

An alternative would be to have a private in-house group. This has problems too of course. Anyway I look forward to you organizing some games Pie.

I'd like to offer my own little suggestion quickly.
If you have 10-12 players in each of your clans, you could also do internal tournaments within your own clans. Do a point system; winning players gain 3 points, losing players gain 1 point. Have the teams reorganize every round so that teams are always different, play a few rounds. Or many. Or something.
I don't know. Just a thought if things end up being desperate. I'm sure it's easier to organize within your own clan rather than trying to get others to join you.

Most clans are already working toward that (without the tourney thing but I love the tourney thing.)
