hull repair bots can be upgraded to 300% more effectiveness with infinite spawns and multiple locations which have been decreased in distances allowed. You cant hull tank alone but if emergency repairing your shielding while hull tanking you will not sustain much damage at all. furthermore it would be obsolete to sacrifice energy for hull due to shielding having more of an effect o.o

Hmm, have you tried core output 50%, 2 minelayers inside cruiser borders repairing shields, emergency shields on and someone on deck doing constant repairs? (can also do core jumping from 0 to 115% ofc, to increase effect, but i meant 50% as an obsolete value that counters emergency shield losses)

Just thought i'd like to try it out.

I've seen 2 minelayers work on boosting shields, but that wasn't too impressive, it did help, but it couldn't block all the damage with shields being relatively low, ofc if you put your shields to 6k and use both 2 minelayers and emergency shielding you're unbeatable, but that is till minelayers run out of power and you still have to maintain high shields, not to mention the fact that you have to deploy minelayers prematurely to regenerate their energy.

I just wanted to see how how damage gets absorbed by all that, does it absorb 100% if u also repair ur ship from inside, or not, cause still if enemy have 2 dessies with leech, they'll win this

That's what I do, as long as i win, i can only shapen my current tactics to perfection. Once i get beaten up I'll change a few things in how i play, to be able to counter/avoid it next time :p. If the loss wasn't caused by my team consisting of newbs of course :/

well you learn more from a loss than a win for the most part, i learned a lot early on according to that saying. Cant wait for new content :) i have a feeling docking when the kinks and bugs are worked out along with the other additions being planned will transform this game into an even more deep strategy map. People are really gonna need to think to be better than the other team, no longer just a good wraith and miners winning the game :o

i would like to buff the Minelayer so it could directly support BCs, or an upgrade but a second upgrade will allow hull and sheild repair be 25 and for BCs be 50, now 50 might seem alot but the DPS from kinetics penta and broads + missiles and Yamato will eat it up. Will it help? yes so long as your minelayer doesnt get destroyed, which its kinda like a flying paper airplane if you ask me.

Okay, now how is this related to mass replicator and to the suggestion of making it replicate over time? :>

P.S. minelayer as it is now - already strong at repairing, it does 25 per shot but shoots 3-4 times per sec, thus the only prob is energy. Although I'd suggest minelayer to be customized like dessie, e.g. One branch for my radiation absorbtion (instead fully stand alone solar-panel ship i suggested before). And another branch for tracktor beam that will be able to pull cruiser as well as small ships.
