Started writing up a help document. When I finish the scripting and find some people to help, I'll start recording replays/doing matches completely dedicated to the creation of a video tutorial.

Probably. Even in the case that I don't end up doing it, the material will be there for other people to use.

I started this video with high expectations, because I seriously can't stand public games anymore. That guy was definitely above-average pubber though.

He could aim the broadsides. He listened to orders (of course he was very slow at it). He talked. He learned when told what to do. He understood the concept of battlestations (slow as well, but at least he got it).

That video had no sabotaging power, no crashing a corvette into asteroids, no deafmutism, no console stealing, no spending the team's money on stupid stuff, no mutinying, no wordlessly going afk at a critical time, no wasting weapon power/missiles/yamato, no chasing kerm asteroids for 5 minutes, I could go on.

Basically you could do much worse.
