and usally resources are strained, its to early to get the first upgrade
too early? I've once had a almost fully upgraded BC to take kerm.
5 weapon, broad, triple, 4 shield, 2 core and some SS ups (or something close to that)
at the 10 minute mark. that's more than enough to engage and shouldnt be considered a rush.
