How to submit a bug report

When you post a thread here about a bug report, please take the time to submit a bug report at the same time. The bug report form can be found here.
Leave the report type as bug and enter your forum or skype name and a detailed explanation of the bug.
When creating your thread, consider attaching the replay as well(or in some cases, a screenshot). Some bugs can be very hard to reproduce if we don't have a replay showing us what happened.
