Laser renaming, and tooltip update

I think the lasers should be renamed to, dualburst, hexaburst, and decaburst (as all the lasers are fired by 2) and the tooltip damage display should be more accurately/clearly described. (I do not know if the damage listed is divided by 2, among the 2 sets of lasers fired, or if the damage is double to what is listed)
Possibly return lasers to 1 single line shot, or double up the kinetics? (I don't care as much, but it seems reasonable to match up the main weapons firing, as you toggle between and cant fire both simultaneously, so likely same launch points)

It's a twin laser system, one mounted on each wing.
I agree with making the tooltip damage display more accurately.
The main reason you can't fire multiple weapons is because you only have the one weapon capacitor, its not because kinetics and lasers are the same thing. Having kinetics and lasers come out the same tube would be weird.

It would make door an interesting upgrade to be able to fire multiple weapons at once

Marine, the capacitor theory not make much sense =p nono, It is a hard-point system... otherwise wouldn't need to switch weapons, just have a linked cool-down between kinetics and lasers.
So when hard-points switch from lasers to kinetics and back, how is it that kinetics fire from one location while the lasers fire from 2 separate =p if it was just a capacitor thing, should be able to fire, with say, hotkey L for laser and K for kinetics, linking cool-down (like on warp gates) then you could be adaptive gunning quickly.
The only thought against hard-points is that you can fire while swapping from lasers and kinetics. If there's a time on swapping from one to other, then you shouldn't be able to fire when switching anyways... if it takes time to swap, would mean transferring power from one weapon to other, (cap based) or hard-points would need to rotate.
POINT! being that, it plays like a hard-point swap-out, so should be paralleled kinetic guns.
(this could bring up option of 50% kinetic 50% laser but i not suggesting that, I am just suggesting to make some small non important things a lil more pleasing tot he mind)

where was that thread that had me suggesting an upgrade that reduced the time to switch between weps?

If we're gonna go this route how does the BC shoot in a 360 degree arc when the guns are on the front of the ship?
