Disconnecting players from consoles, console unusable

After disconnecting an AFKer from the weapons console it was no longer usable. Two of us selected 'disconnect' then clicked on the console then it was no longer usable.

replay buddy or he cant fix it, he has to see the issue to understand the coding error which caused it. This is an issue hes addressed in the past so if you can provide the replay. Speedyshare.com is where you'll want to go to get it done fast, just save the replay in game and you'll find it in your private starcraft 2 my documents replay file.

It's hard for me to test this in single player, but I've looked through the code and found an error which I've corrected. I'm not sure if it'll correct the problem but it seems likely.
