I see a lot of game joiners who join on Team 2 leaving lobbies, because they assume a full Team 1 means it's a pub stomp. They don't realize that Team 1 fills before Team 2 will. Also, if joiners are alternated between Team 1 & Team 2, then when you post in the CC channel that there are X amount of spots left, they will be joining on both Team 1 & Team 2 sides. This way Team 2 won't get stacked with veterans. So alternating game joiners between Team 1 & Team 2 would serve a twofold benefit.

mhm i agree with this idea...but can a map creator influence a lobby?

In Star Battle, when players join it alternates them between Team 1 & 2, unless they join as a party.

This seems like a minor change that doesn't impact the game a lot, but still helps. I would certainly add this, but I dont know how. I'll do some research.
