AI Missile Loader Not Loading Missiles

Siretu, I sent you the replay on this one. I messed with the AI console a few times to try to get the AI to load missiles, but nothing seemed to work.
Cruiser command is a cooperative map between two teams. Simply put, each team controls one battlecruiser and the goal is to kill the opponent's battlecruiser.
