No Upgrades Game

Something to try, organize a CC game where both teams decide to not get upgrades. I'm curious as to how it impacts fun-ness. Anyone who's a fan of small ship battles will want to try this out. Just be sure both teams agree to it.

maybe only small ships upgrade, i mean... u know
slow mining, slow moving small ships, small damage small ships, no destroyer speciality... that seems slowmou awful

Just pretend there is no upgrade console.
