Spectator Mode and Auto-Balanced teams

just a few suggestions. you dont really have to take me seriously, since ive only been playing the game for a few days 
, but when you have a lobby host that is AFK (this happens often because CC lobbies take so long to fill up) you cant balance the teams and one of them ends up getting taken out quite easily. if you can do it Sirentu, please imlplement an auto-balancer to place players in teams according to the average reputation. a spectator mode, ready for next tournament, would also be great! can people give me their thoughts on this?
