Camera Glitched and BC Blew Up Upon Me Leaving the Game

I was on NAV. I did a radar ping, hit escape to get off of NAV and move to another console. That didn't seem to work, so then I hit the switch view button to go back to an internal ship view. It was at this point that I could not move the view around, and the only way I could move my character was by using the side "Go To" buttons. I tried going between the lower and upper decks, as this in the past fixed the glitch. It did not this time, so I left the game. The instant I left the game the BC exploded. The thought is that perhaps the BC treated me as if I was a pilot on an SS, so when I left it exploded. I will upload the replay later.
