Plasma Transfer docking

Whenever a ship docks and it has plasma transfer, plasma transfer goes off, so its easy to abuse in BC fights by docking near both BCs to do alot of damage
Cruiser command is a cooperative map between two teams. Simply put, each team controls one battlecruiser and the goal is to kill the opponent's battlecruiser.
