Cruiser Command

I recently had a game where my team barely escaped from a fight with ~1.5k hull left. After we had escaped the fray, i decided to buy a couple of repair kits to remove some of the debris and repair the hull.....There was about 5 debris scattered around the construction console, so i decided to start with them, but as soon as i clicked, our BC exploded...

The Core was not at critical levels, i was just there and had the BC status bar open, also no blue rings came out of the BC when it exploded, no fires either. I have had a similar problem in the previous version.
After a fight which hurt us, i bought some hull repairs from the upgrades console then i went to the construction console and bought repair kits which i used to clear rubble. When i did so, the hull i had just repaired with the hull repairs from the upgrade console disappeared and we went back down to roughly our previous amount of hull before the repairs.

I have a replay but I am unsure as to how to post those here.

EDIT: the only bit you need to view is that last 2 or so minutes, I am Capsnip in game, the glitch happens when i am inside the bottom floor (i assume its the bottom floor, the one with hangers and refining) and i use a repair kit.
