Mining enemy ship while moving

It seems it is still possible to mine an enemy ship while moving - the caveat being you need to be stationary when initializing the beam, but after that you can accelerate and chase them or dodge, making the miners quite strong vs wraiths/etc.

He already fixed it in his dev version, but he also added some new bugs to it, so it's not gonna be released.

You're so pessimistic. It's going to be released, just not right now immediately. It is kind of working right now, but the thing I implemented is kind of clunky.
