Cruiser Command

I suggest some sort of "game mode" where we can have stuff like no wraiths for players with > 100 rep, since we seem to be doing it haphazardly every now and then (to not kill off the noobs too fast) when we play with them, but then we may "forget" the rule after X amount of time.. so something inside the game would be more desirable.

I think this kind of thing work better on a code of honor.

Last time we did that, we finally allowed Degra and Zak to go back to wraith toward the end because... we kinda wanted to see them clash?
the game shouldn't limit our options.
