Power Cap

In the latest beta, the power doesn't go up to the 100,000 GJ cap.
In addition, increasing the weapon power, causes the total power amount to go down, despite the output being higher than usage.
And The total power drains despite the surplus.

I can't reproduce any of this. More information, a screenshot or a replay would help. Are you sure this isn't just how it's always worked, where the power sometimes doesn't reach 100% because it keeps going up and down?

While I did not save the replay.
I can give you more context,
every upgrade was maxed. And the weps cap was full.

Oh its not serious, when you have like +5 energy then the power will hover around something say... 99,846 but if you have it higher, like 30-40 it will go to 100,000

It's been like that forever, that you fluctuate at around 100,000 - Your_energy_drain
It's not considered as a bug worth of fixing by most people.
