Cruiser Command

Over the weekend I was thinking of how to implement the action of tossing one out the airlock, without needing extensive modding and such so my idea is:

-instead of making the ____ was kicked it would be changed to _____ was tossed out the airlock by: (highest rep player) or nothing just ______ was tossed out the airlock,

-a body would be shot out of the BC

-and a scream would play in the background


Again, a minor but humorous implementation that I think would add a nice touch of satisfaction when kicking a random troll

Also, when somebody leaves it would say ______ tossed himself out the airlock with the same body and scream effect

Their minds become "brain-dead" and we replace the brain with an AI.

Thats how players are turned in to drones...(when they leave)

I think kicking someone out of the game should be a hard decision, a last measure. certainly not made easier with a few tweak left and right. if you really need it, you can find comic relief by playing with red-rocket.

Caladbolg, these tweaks suggested are purely cosmetic and don't actually make it easier to kick people. Although I agree kicking should be used as a last resort.

Will it really be a last resort if people want to see kicks 'because it's funny'?

I can imagine many other veterans enjoy going out of their way to see the "Dreadnought has tossed Dreadnought out the airlock" =P

I doubt many would notice this small change, and while cosmetics are good, this is clearly not one part we should mess around with
