Cruiser Command

Miner can strongly push all ships, and it makes bugs. After map wrap was disabled, ships can be pushed by miner to out of the map. You can't be attacked from inside of map but you can attack there in here. This bug makes other bugs, if you are out of the map then you can't launch small ships though you press the launch button, and it would recognize that the ship is launched, also you will lose your switch veiw button.

I think this is fixed now.
