	Penta Burst is the final tech in terms of Laser quantity. When active the burst will shoot the 5 rounds in quick succession. Despite its energy cost, Pentas are often required to breach an enemy [[Battlecruiser]]s shields along with simultaneous fire from the [[Broadside Lasers\|Broadsides]]. The Penta burst is the least energy efficient fire mode for lasers.

	*The Penta Burst rounds can detonate plasma charges, stacked on a target using the [[Single Burst\|Single Burst]] laser, for extra damage.
