Through it, you can gain access to a multitude of abilities that will support your [[Small Ships\|small ships]] and Battlecruiser. In order to successfully complete research, the console [[Marine\|user]] must remain stationed on the console for the entire upgrade duration; failing to do this will cancel and refund the upgrade. All upgrades cost a combination of [[Minerals\|minerals]] that increase as you raise in upgrade level.
