- Freely dispensed at the Construction Console under Ship Items tab.
- Can be loaded and used in any small ship.
- Only the Wraith and Corvette have a flare ability icon/hotkey, all other ships will require you to manually click the icon in the ships inventory to release the flares.
- The flare ability key for wraith and corvette will always show, but will only work if flares have been loaded onto the ship.
- Flares always are released from directly behind the ship.
- The Battlecruisers, lasers and kinetics are also stopped by flares.
- Use the marines, Drop/Pick up items ability to quickly grab flares from the construction console.
Note: To equip, place item into the ships inventory.
