Description	Initiates the Miners mining laser beam.

Innate Miner ability.
Can target Asteroids to mine them, or enemy ships to deal damage.
Can only use this ability when the Miner isn't moving, however movement due to collisions will not stop the mining laser. Researching Economy Tier 2 removes this restriction and lets the Miner mine freely while moving.
The beam can be accelerated to mine faster or deal more damage using the Miners Accelerate Mining Beam ability.
The Mining Laser speed can be upgraded by researching from the Upgrades Console;
- Improved Mining Laser: increases mining speed by 8% per level.
- Economy Tier 1: increases mining speed by 20%
