Description	Pings all ships on the minimap.

Radar Ping is an ability used from the Science Console. Radar Ping is your teams main scanner that detects and pings all ships on the minimap and displays these pings to all allied players (allied ships give green pings, enemy ships give red pings). The radar ping however does not detect enemy ships carrying a frequency nullifier, enemy infiltrators (infiltrators all have a multistatic anti-radar) and Cargo Drones.
The Dielectric Sensor Recovery upgrade reduces the cooldown of radar ping, and can be upgraded from the upgrades console.
Drones automatically use radar ping, whenever it is off cooldown, when issued from the AI console the science order.
Minelayers can plant Distress Beacons which are identified as enemy miners by your teams radar ping.
The Radar Ping detects all ships, while the Wraiths, "Miner Ping" ability only pings enemy mining ships (Miners and Chompers), timing the 2 scanners allows you to differentiate between the enemies miners and offensive ships/Battlecruiser.
