Photon condenser is an effective way of allowing a [[Corvette]]'s normally slow projectiles to actually connect with a variety of [[Small Ships]] that would normally be able to dodge, such as the [[Miner]] and [[Wraith]]. While it doesn't contribute much to actual damage, it creates a situation where it's much more difficult to dodge the Corvettes cone of fire effectively allowing shots that would have normally missed to hit; in this sense, Photon Condenser can be considered an increase in damage to non-stationary targets.
