• Your Battlecruiser dosn't start with a Chomper you will have to purchase 1 from the Hangar.
• A support ship, it's one of the fastest small ships, alongside the Miner. It's not very tough but has a high energy storage and regeneration.

Uses & Tactics

• The minelayer can drop a mine which will travel towards the most nearby enemy and explode. The usual amount of mines carried by the minelayer is 25 but it can be extended. However when the minelayer docks it will be rearmed. The mines are destroyable by many kinds of weapons, including the wraith cannon and the mining laser.

Mining ship. Can devour asteroids in melee range, instantly mining the entire asteroid. However, the Chomper is slow and unable to send a cargo drone back to the ship and must instead dock to get the minerals back to the ship.
