Decoy Flares

Function	Fire flares that destroy enemy projectiles.

Freely dispensed at the Construction Console under Ship Items tab.
Can be loaded and used in any small ship.
Only the Wraith and Corvette have a flare ability icon/hotkey, all other ships will require you to manually click the icon in the ships inventory to release the flares.
The flare ability key for wraith and corvette will always show, but will only work if flares have been loaded into the ship.
Flares always are released from directly behind the ship.
Battlecruiser lasers and kinetics are also stopped by flares.
Use the marines, Drop/Pick up items ability to quickly grab flares from the construction console.

Note: To equip, place item into the ships inventory.

Loading this into a ship allows you to fire a bunch of flares behind your ship which will collide with projectiles.
