Chomper Rush
Is a tactic that involves co-ordinating the miners to mine the exact minerals to purchase a chomper.
Tactic is ideal when the starting map is abundant with astroid fields.
Once the chomper is constructed, upgrades resume as normal.
Heavy economy move.

Corvette Harass
- corvette dmg ups
- photon rush
- ionic transfer
take full energy corvette to enemy bc spam all your attacks activate corvettes shield photon rush away rinse and repeat
enemy bc if they have a weapons drone will use alot of energy wasting shots on a shield corvette. enemy bc also take alot of damage from the corvette.
note this strategy weak to missiles that pass through the corvettes shield.
Kinetic Rush
Kinetic rushes involves upgrading kinetic tier weapons and then relying on a surprise attack on the enemy battlecruiser and abusing power saving low shields to cause unrecoverable damage.
Heavy aggressive move
Infiltrating
- Buy an Infiltrator
- Equip your marine with a good weapon, nanodoc gloves, frequency nullifier, photoadaptive disguise and some C4.
- Fly Infiltrator to enemy Battlecruiser, use the Infiltrators phase shift on approach, and then use board when close enough.
- While aboard enemy Battlecruiser disrupt operations, steal minerals, plant c4 to block routes, shoot enemies on consoles.
- Switch between armors to avoid turrent damage, use nanodoc gloves to stay alive and don't forget to use marines heal ability to.
- Get back to the enemy Battlecruisers hangar and relaunch your Infiltrator to escape back to your Battlecruiser.
Pounce
- involves high Battlecruiser move speeds to close in on unsuspecting battlecruisers quickly
- The pounce is usually used after battle when both teams usually lower system power to recouperate lost power during the previous engagement.
during this time shields are low and pounces can easily finish the game.
Power Deck/Dock
- when small ships are docked, the energy they produced goes towards the battlecruiser capacitor.
- thus buying ships and keeping them inside the hangar is a good way to increases energy production fast.
- chompers are usually purchased because of their high energy production and no Kermiculite cost.
- Upgrading small ship energy core also benefits the power dock strategy.
- with 12 ships in a hangar 1 small ship energy upgrade can increase your energy production by 12. A higher value then 1 lvl of battlecruiser power core upgrade.
Sniping
Sniping is a broad term to describe attacking the enemy battlecruiser from a long distance.
A human player on the Weapons Console, shoots the enemy battlecruiser using vision provided by small ships or a predator missiles tracking beacon.
Snipes can also be done "blind" where the player at the weapons console uses pings and previous knowledge of the enemy bc's position to fire randomly into space where he predicts the enemy battlecruiser is. Using ques like the lasers falling short of their maximum range and enemy battlecruiser shilds showing in the fog of war are used to snipe blind accuratly.
