• Your Battlecruiser doesn't start with a Chomper, you will have to purchase 1 from the Hangar.
• The Chomper is a slow mining ship that can devour asteroids whole, a ship that provides a powerful boost to your economy.

Uses & Tactics

• Chompers are unable to send cargo drones back to the Battlecruiser, collected Minerals must be manually unloaded into the Battlecruiser from a Hangar Console, before they can be refined.
• Chompers have a large hull but cannot protect themselves, make sure Chompers are kept safely near the Battlecruiser.
• Chompers are most effective in large Asteroid Fields, that are been over-watched by your teams Battlecruiser.
• Though Chompers don't have any loaded weapons, its Chomp Asteroid ability can tear through enemy ships in an instant (Excluding Destroyers and Battlecruiser).

Tips

Chomper vs;

• All Small Ships: Avoid combat especially if you have a full load of Minerals, if no other option is avaliable try to get close to the enemy ship and Chomp them, use the Magnetic Pull to pull them towards the Chomper as you slow down. If the enemy ship is a Destroyer or the enemy Battlecruiser, retreat to your Battlecruiser ASAP, use flares if you have any loaded to block projectiles.
