Chomp Asteroid

Innate ability of the chomper.
Allows you to consume (mine) an asteroids whole.
Can only be cast on asteroids that are very close to the chomper.
Can only be cast if the chomper is stationary.
Ability can also be cast on enemy ships (excluding the Battlecruiser and destroyer) which will instantly destroy them if in range.
If economy tier 2 is researched then attempting to chomp an asteroid outside the chomping range will pull the asteroid towards the Chomper.
