The merculite's most prominent feature is its exceedingly large damage. Compared to the Yamato Cannon, it deals only 150 less hull damage and 350 less shield damage but only costs two fifths of the Kermiculite. With several merculite missiles loaded at the same time, it becomes readily possible to easily shred an enemy Battlecruiser like paper.
Note that this missile costs Kermiculite. Do not buy these missiles lightly, and when you fire them, DO NOT MISS!!
