Hardened Shielding
Enhanced stabilisers serve to increase your Battlecruisers speed and turn rate. The speed boost is passive which means you can move your Battlecruiser while having 0 power to the engines system. Though expensive, the upgrade ultimately saves you alot of energy, each level of the upgrade spares 40GW of engine power, so at max level your Battlecruiser could move as if it had 200GW in the engines system for free!
