Innate passive ability of the Destroyer, that augments the Destroyers Quantum Bombardment. If a projectile from Quantum Bombardment hits an enemy Battlecruiser, it will cause all the units inside to decrease in speed by 70% for 2 seconds, and also cause the screen to "shake" for 2 seconds.
