Passive ability that automatically comes with the destroyer. Automatically Augments the destroyer Quantum Bombardment. If a projectile from Quantum Bombardment hits an enemy BattleCruiser, it will cause all units inside of the BattleCruiser to decrease in speed by 70% for 2 seconds. It also causes enemy screens that have been hit by quantum bombardment inside the BattleCruiser to *shake* for 2 seconds
