Description	Fires Single Burst Laser.

Single Burst is available by default at the Weapons Console, and fires 1 round from either wing of the Battlecruiser.
Single Bursts when they hit a target, passively stack plasma charges, if the same target is hit by Penta Burst the target will take extra damage.
Single Burst damage is improved by upgrading lasers.
Single Burst energy cost can be reduced by Tier 3 offensive.
