Overview

- Your Battlecruiser starts with 1 Corvette docked in the Hangar.
- Corvettes are sluggish with low engines, projectile speed, and a moderate turn rate. Corvettes are ideal for defending Miners and deterring offensive attacks, but can also be used offensively with the help of an ally Wraith and by storing enough energy.
- Corvettes also have large hulls that can soak up damage.
- Corvettes Photon Barrage is lethal at close ranges.
- Upgraded Corvettes are a powerful weapon that can turn the tides in Battlecruiser vs Battlecruiser battles.

Uses & Tactics
- Corvettes should formost distract, tank and provide cover for your teams small ships.
- Ionic Transfer makes the Corvette a very dangerous ship.
- Thruster upgrades can increase the dps of Corvettes as staying closer to enemies allows the Photon Barrage to connect more projectiles.
- The Corvette is a very good ship, however it's limited early game by its engine speed and energy.
- Rest Corvettes inside Asteroid Fields to recover energy before attacking the enemy. A Corvette needs proper energy reserves before attacking.
- Use Reflective Shield to cover yourself or to block enemy projectiles from hitting ally ships.
- Use Photon Rush offensively to reduce the distance between you and enemies or defensively to flee across the map.
- When attacking, go in from below. The view is greater above ships and smaller below.
- Hold shift and F (fire Photon Barrage hotkey) to get a reliable volly of attacks against adjacent enemies.

- Wraith: Use your shield to deflect any series of incoming fire you cannot dodge, whenever your shield is active you should be trying to close the gap. While your shield is up you cannot be shut down by the enemy EMP.
- Corvette:
- Destroyer: Go in from behind and attack until it dies. Use the shield ability to deflect Quantum Bombardment. Ionic will make it easier to surprise the Destroyer.
- Minelayer: Minelayers will try to get close and plant mines be wary for existing minefields.
