The scorpion light missile is unique in the fact that it is the only fragmenting missile in the game. After traveling a short distance, it will explode and evenly send out eight projectiles which each strike for considerable hull and shield damage. It is likely the best missiles to use against Small Ships since it is easy to aim at a short distance.
