v0.995:

- Fixed a bug where the votekick cooldown timer was shown for all players.

- Fixed a bug with the votekick where you could kick a disconnected player several times.

- Fixed an issue where Battlecruiser 1 showed up in the votekick.

- Fixed an issue where you could fire the 5-burst for the energy cost of 1-burst.

- Changed how the camera behaves in space. It will now center the ship in the middle so you don’t see more north than south.
