Drones not entering elevators

Current version of the game (1.6 NA) doesn't allow drones to descend elevators.

If you tell them to refine, they will not be able to teleport down to the hangars.

If they are already down there (ie a player leaves), then all is well.

drones are still able to load missiles.

There's a new short introduction for new players. It has some messages that start when you use the elevators. It checks an array for stuff and the array was too small. When the AI uses the elevator, it crashes because it's out of the array bounds. It's now fixed in the dev version that'll be released later today.
