Some thoughts on boarding:

The infiltrator shouldn't need a hangar slot to board. It's extremely annoying and frustrating and not fun, especially when you spend all that time gearing up.

The infiltrator shouldn't have a boarding delay, when you launch it and you can't immediately board the enemy BC. The docking delay makes sense and is there to prevent cheesy tanking with ships, but the infiltrator is not a ship that can tank or be used in any cheesy way like that. It's silly to launch your infiltrator when the enemy BC is next to you, fly up, and you can't board for 5 more seconds. Why? It's like having the corvette's weapons being disabled for 10 seconds after launch. It's not fun.

The infiltrator is kinda boring as a ship. It only has one active ability, "board". It would be interesting if there was something else it could do, like "cloak" or something. Right now, you just point toward the enemy BC and hope nobody is on nav, and that sums up the entire infiltrator ship experience. (that and flying really really really fast, but the novelty wears off on that once you get shot twice and half your HP is gone)

Something needs to be done to make this not the typical boarding experience: You fly your infiltrator, board the enemy BC. The enemy nav spots you docking, alerts the crew to your presence (which you get to hear because why not), and before you can get to the elevators 4 burly crewmen start chasing after you. 20 seconds later you appear back on your own BC, immediately typing in teamchat "Lol their entire team was chasing me, I distracted them for a minute guys". The net expenses for that boarding attempt cost about 300 red, 100 yellow, and 100 blue.

The stealth armor is imba. I love the idea of being a ninja aboard the BC, or an assault tank, but not a ninja assault tank, which is what everyone is. Everyone is wearing stealth gear, regardless of whether you want to actually stealth in or not. Fighting against it is impossible without your own stealth, because you have to right click on a moving, invisible target while they can just stutter step. Honestly, stealth armor should become equipped as a weapon, so that you have a choice: you can shoot everyone down, you can sneak around the ship, but you shouldn't be able to do both at the same time. Stealthed people can't fight. Stealth should rely more on consumables to cause mischief IMO rather than a gun (planting c4s, starting fires).

Frequency nullifier is sorta imba. At the same time, without it boarding would be completely pointless. Killing turrets is super tedious/not fun/dangerous, and you're almost sure to get spotted (if you haven't been spotted by the nav already, as mentioned above). You can risk running past them, but there's turrets every 5 feet. Basically, it seems like if there wasn't a way to neuter turrets, you'd have to storm the BC three or four times to clear the turrets out, and THEN you can start boarding the BC to actually do fun things, not that boarding is even worth doing right now, since your opponents outnumber you, they can see you coming, and they're all stealth ninjas on their own BC.

I fully agree on that the photo disguise armor is too strong. You shouldn't be able to regenerate hp while wearing it. Maybe disable sprint as well.

I've removed the boarding delay, added an infiltrator ability and nerfed the adaptive photo disguise(it now disables your weapon while equipped). I might make the freq null disable weapons while carried, but I haven't made up my mind yet.

As for the Infiltrator taking up hangar space, I'll see about addressing this in a later patch after 2.1.
Never ignore coincidence. Unless, of course, you’re busy. In which case, always ignore coincidence.
