Disappearing ship bug and more (possibly boarding related)

Ever since the boarding patch came out, on a few occasions my ship would disappear after I would dock. Basically, I would dock and the icon for my ship would turn grey as if it is not there. The game does not report the ship is MIA until a few minutes later. Leaving and returning to the console does not make it reappear.

Another bug that has been noticed with boarding is drifting. After the infiltrator leaves the ship it was infiltrating, it will be adrift with no control of the direction it is going in.

There are also reports of people placing C4 in areas where it can't be killed (or very difficult to reach).
