Player on Wraith was VK and We Never Got an AI for it

A player was out on the wraith. We completed a VK while he was on the wraith. The player never converted over to an AI, and the wraith just kept flying by with the VK'd player on it. I'll try to dig up the replay and send it.

I'm in a game right now where we VK'd an AFK guy on the BC. He never turned into an AI and is still standing on the BC.

It accidentally broke when I implemented the resource fix. I forgot to remove one single line when I ported the map wrap disable stuff.
