perhaps some sort of "Power fluctuation detected" warning can be send to a team if the enemy BC "powers up" past a certain point..
but really, if a team does not pay attention to pings/scouting, they are kinda supposed to lose due to that.. bronze league or not, is a player supposed to win vs a cannon rush that they don't scout? or a 6 pool, or any other equivalent?
