AI on Weapons Not Shooting

I was in a game earlier today where the AI on weapons would not shoot at enemies. I messed with the AI panel several times. Eventually the only thing that worked was switching the duties of the two AI I had. I put the fefiner on weapons and the one on weapons down to refine. Siretu, I sent you the replay of it.
