So.. as soon as a CC game ends, usually the next lobby gets full fast as the previous players join - faster than the host can balance the teams, which leads to lots of people leaving to buy time, and lots of shenanigans - I would suggest making an option of balancing the teams during the 2 minute "wait time" so that the game can start as soon as there are 12 players, even if the teams aren't fully balanced
perhaps something like a "swap" option where if 2 people activate it and are on opposing teams, they will switch teams

and probably extend 120 seconds to 150 seconds for that little extra time if we do want to swap teams and the sort, although right now 120 seconds is pretty good.

You can set the lobby start timer for a game to be 3, 5, 7, 10, 15, and 30 seconds. Partial solution, but it's out there.
