the description says it does 20 damage, yet the weapon only gives 15

I believe that is the intended damage value to begin with, as a marine has 45 health in total. Moreover, I believe turrets possess 60.

Seems like I forgot to update the tooltip when I lowered the damage in patch 2.4.
Never ignore coincidence. Unless, of course, you’re busy. In which case, always ignore coincidence.
