I'm not sure whether this counts as a "bug".
But on the power console under shields. It says increasing power to shields increases the maximum. Which is not the case.

It would help if the UI also displayed the regeneration rate in the power console and probably a /+XX (Sheild Regen) next to the sheilds under battlecruiser status
