The iron curtain ability is activated from the [[Science Console|science console]]. Iron curtain is a highly necessary method of hull tanking. While it does not make the [[Battlecruiser]] invulnerable, it comes quite close by reducing all damage taken by 90%. Furthermore, the damage taken becomes energy.
