The attack pilot uses either the Wraith or the Corvette to harass enemy miners and attack ships or to defend against such harass. Your captain may recall you back to the Battlecruiser for different time-critical roles such as energy management or navigator.
As a general rule: Corvettes will defend ally miners and Wraiths will harass enemy miners. (Although the Captain may call otherwise)
Pro Tips
- When defending miners against harass, make sure you watch the Radar Ping to see where potential enemy attack ships may be, and plan your defense accordingly.
- When defending miners against harass, their mining beam can be used as additional damage to the enemy attacking ships.
